There comes a point where life stops feeling like something you’re moving through…
and starts feeling like something you’re questioning.
Not in a dramatic way.
And not all at once.
Hi lovely,
This space is for the conversations we don’t always have out loud.
The ones about:
- navigating life changes that don’t come with a clear roadmap
- outgrowing versions of ourselves we once felt certain about
- learning how to reconnect with who we are underneath it all
Sometimes it looks like:
- setting boundaries you used to avoid
- feeling exhausted in ways you can’t quite explain
- questioning things that once felt “normal”
On Navigating Life Changes
There’s this idea that change is supposed to feel empowering.
That once you recognise something isn’t working, you’ll feel clear… motivated… ready.
But more often, it feels uncertain.
You’re standing somewhere in between—
not quite who you were,
but not fully who you’re becoming either.
And that space?
It can feel uncomfortable.
Lonely, even.
But it’s also where the real work happens.
On Boundaries, Burnout & Expectations
A lot of us weren’t taught how to listen to ourselves.
We were taught to:
- keep going
- meet expectations
- not make things harder for other people
So when something starts to feel off, we don’t always know what to do with it.
We push through, minimise it.
And we tell ourselves it’s just a phase.
Until your body, your energy, or your emotions start asking for something different.
And suddenly, the life that once felt manageable… doesn’t anymore.
On Mindset & Resilience
Resilience isn’t always about pushing through.
Sometimes it’s about pausing.
Re-evaluating.
Letting go of the idea that you have to be everything you once were.
Mindset isn’t about forcing positivity.
It’s about learning how to sit with yourself honestly —
and still choosing to move forward, even if it’s slower than before.
The Quiet Observations
I’ve noticed this…
Growth doesn’t always feel like progress.
Sometimes it feels like confusion.
Like questioning.
And pulling back instead of moving forward.
But that doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.
It means you’re paying attention.
Why This Space Exists
I created this space to connect with women who feel that shift.
Who are:
- craving something more intentional
- learning to trust themselves again
- trying to make sense of changes that don’t always have clear answers
Women who don’t need perfect advice—
just something that feels real.
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re in that in-between space too.

Not lost.
Just changing.
And maybe…
that’s exactly where you’re meant to be.
☺️
